Pure Sol's Business Policies

Since Pure Sol offers personalized body bronzing wherever our customers are we require that our fee be payable upon completion of the Pure Sol body bronzing service. Given the customized, mobile nature of the Pure Sol experience we require 24 hours notice for cancellation of an individual appointment. 72 hours notice is required for parties of 5 and failure to comply with this requirement will result in forfeiture of the required deposit.

Pure Sol’s certified technicians are invested in providing a customized and safe tan that will surely turn heads. Such excellence in service is customarily acknowledge with a tip of 15-20%.Consistent with the expanded use of Pure Sol resources and technician commitment a 10% gratuity will automatically be levied for parties of 5 or more.

Pure Sol’s services are not marketed to children under the age of 18. Although our body bronzing solution is completely UV free and safe for use on all ages, Pure Sol will only render service to those under 18 with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

We collect information from you when an appointment request is made. We ask for your name, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card information with applicable billing address, a service location as well as other relevant information.

Pure Sol may use the information you provide to us (i.e. name, e-mail address etc.) to respond to your body bronzing appointment request as well as to enhance and personalize our website and overall customer experience. We may send periodic e-mails or postal mailings announcing current Pure Sol promotions or upcoming body bronzing events. In requesting an appointment with Pure Sol each client consents to receiving this information periodically. If you do not wish to receive our promotional mailings, or would like to discontinue receipt, you may opt-out by clicking or checking the box that reads “I do not wish to receive mail or e-mail informing me of special Pure Sol promotions and events.

We do not sell, trade or transfer our customers’ information to outside parties.

The protection of our customer’s personal information is very important to us and at Pure Sol we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that your data is secure by using encryption software. Additionally, we reveal only the last four digits of a credit card number when confirming our service. Please note that of course the entire credit card number will be transmitted to the appropriate credit card company for remittance of payment.

Pure Sol Airbrush Body Bronzing services are nonrefundable. At Pure Sol we are committed to providing the highest quality and most convenient body bronzing in the Atlanta area. While on site our technicians will make every effort to ensure that each customer is satisfied with their streak free UV-free glow, upon completion each client is responsible for the continued appearance of his/her body bronze. Consistent with our dedication to sunless tan perfection the technicians and support staff travel with the industry’s best airbrush maintenance products for purchase. These unopened items may be returned for a full refund to be issued within 30 days of return.
